About Me:
My husband and I both grew up in Quincy, WA and have lived their our whole lives. We have four children, three boys and a girl. When I was in college I went on two missions trips to Nicaragua and Russia. I studied abroad for a semester in Cairo, Egypt where I learned to read and write Arabic, and got to ride a camel in the Sahara Desert! I enjoy rock climbing, and we got to go rock climbing in Alaska on our honeymoon. My husband and I both snowboard and our kids are learning how as well.
Education
- Cedarville University - Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Social Studies with Minors in Sociology and Bible
- Central Washington University - Master's Degree in Reading
Why do I work at a Classical Christian School?
I wanted an education that would challenge my own children and help them reach their full potential. I wanted to be able to work with Christian co-workers, and to be able to openly share my faith with my students and their families.
What I enjoy about NLCS
I enjoy getting to share my faith and praying with the students. I enjoy having chapel every week. I enjoy the rigorous academic education that we are giving to our students. I enjoy working closely with a staff that loves the Lord and loves the students.
